Case studies are boring, so here’s a fairy tale

Once upon a time, there was a tech savvy young lady dressed all in red with a grandmother who ran her business from deep inside the concrete forest.

One lovely morning, Grandma rang up the Little Red Riding Hood help desk.

“You must come help me set up my new desktop!” she worried.

Little Red hastily grabbed her things and skipped all the way to the office.

“Oh my, Grandmother, what a mess of cables you have!”

“All the more for you to trip over, my dear!” Grandmother defended.

“Oh my, Grandmother, what loud and dusty servers you have!”

“All the more for me to spend money maintaining and replacing, my dear!” Grandmother proudly declared.

“Oh my, Grandmother what a large number of backup drives you have!”

“All the more fun risking losing them all, my dear!” Grandmother grimaced, realizing maybe there could be a better way.

At this point in the old fable, a huntsman barges into the cottage and saves a freshly eaten Little Red Riding Hood from the Grandmother, who (Spoiler Alert) turns out was a wolf the whole time.

Not in our story. In our story, Grandmother upgrades her business tech to the Cloud Office with Inderly and enjoys a much more relaxed, stress-free and streamlined IT support system.
