Nolan Witkowski, Help Desk Manager

Before his career in IT, Nolan spent 16 years curating guest experiences as a chef in world-renowned restaurants.

When not managing the Inderly help desk, Nolan can usually be found writing and shooting independent films, playing D&D, or enjoying Toronto’s best theatre productions and concerts.

Erin Filion, Marketing Coordinator

Erin has a rich history in customer service, restaurant management, marketing, and HR. She’s fun, creative, and always up for a new challenge.

In her off time she enjoys collaborating with her husband on countless DIY projects, surviving life with two amazing teenagers, and adventuring with her dog Bruce (and his therapy dog Betty Boop).

Tyler Dance, Help Desk Technician

Thanks to his helpful demeanor and customer service experience in high-stress environments (for example, airport security!), Tyler diligently resolves tech challenges for our clients.

When not in the office answering tickets, Tyler is often tinkering with 3D printers, reading books, and playing tabletop games.

Aaron Finlayson, Practice Management Consultant
