No long-term IT contracts for offices
We ask clients to sign 1-year term IT contracts. Great service is part of a trusting, ongoing relationship. We hold ourselves accountable by not requiring an overly long-term commitment from any of our clients. If we are not providing value, clients can move away from the service.
Good customer service is extremely important to us. We put a lot of time and care into creating a culture of respect and healthy communication with our clients. If you work in an office considering using our services, we hope to have a positive, longstanding relationship with you. But you’ll never be stuck with us.
