Nolan Witkowski, CEO

Before his career in IT, Nolan spent 16 years curating guest experiences as a chef in world-renowned restaurants.

When not leading the Inderly team, Nolan can usually be found writing and shooting independent films, playing D&D, or enjoying Toronto’s best theatre productions and concerts.

Colin Pearce, Founder and CTO

Colin has provided operations and IT support and advisory services to hundreds of businesses across Ontario and Canada. He enjoys figuring out how to make technology work for each situation.

At home he’s busy taking care of his young daughter, and when time allows, playing Cities Skylines and watching YouTube videos of HVAC technicians.

Tyler Dance, Help Desk Technician

Thanks to his helpful demeanor and customer service experience in high-stress environments (for example, airport security!), Tyler diligently resolves tech challenges for our clients.

In his spare time, Tyler is often tinkering with 3D printers, reading books, and playing tabletop games.

Jose Marquez, Help Desk Technician

Jose has a wealth of experience in customer-facing IT support roles. A team player, Jose addresses customer needs in a friendly and helpful manner.

Besides being a tech enthusiast, Jose is an accomplished cuatro player and singer. He loves reading as many books as he can while also spending time with his little ones.

Aaron Finlayson, Practice Management Consultant

For 25 years, Aaron has collaborated with all levels of management and department heads to support firms that are just getting off the ground, merging, changing, or winding down.

Aaron has a passion for photography and design that has flourished as he strives to balance his creative side with the logical one he uses for clients each day.
