Hello! Welcome to our resources for IT support clients. We understand how frustrating technology can be, so good customer service is extremely important to us. All tech support is done by our local Toronto and Hamilton teams.

Did you know we do free website hosting for clients? Contact us at support@inderly.com.

You can download the Cloud Office links we emailed you when you first signed up, and save them to the desktop or home screen on your new device. Or, you can access the Cloud Office using a web browser. This can be useful if you are signing in temporarily from another computer.

Access the Cloud Office web portal here: https://cloud.[COMPANYNAME].com.

BEFORE signing in, click the “Cloud Office Web Client” link.

This will take you to the “Work Resources” screen. Sign in here with your email address and Cloud Office password. Click on the icon to download the Cloud Office link.

When can I contact Inderly for help?

Our support hours are 9 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday, excluding stat holidays.

How do I contact Inderly?

  1. Email: support@inderly.com. You will receive a confirmation email.
  2. Phone: 416-860-3516. Press the support option. If you do not get an answer, leave a detailed message with your issue and location and we’ll call you back within office hours.
Call us at 416-860-3516 and leave a message on our on-call line if you have a systems-down emergency outside our normal office hours. Systems down means you are unable to work. If this happens, please call and report.

Non-emergency support items are addressed during normal office hours, 9 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday.
